Pancake Breakfast: In mid-2010, I started playing bass and singing along in this 9-piece funtime family tap-dancing, folk-tailing, kitchen sink, smile-time band! Pictured (L to R): Paul Seeley (drums), Christa Mrgan (vox, bird songs), Julie Gliniany (vox, tap dancing), Pete Bosack (guitar), Mike Midlo (in foreground- lead vocals, songs, and guitar), Sarah Fox (vox), John Whaley (above- vox & trumpet), Stephanie Lawson (vox, tap dancing), and myself (bass).

PCU

The Portland Country Underground: An 'all-star' band that's just a bunch of friends getting together to play country music. Pictured (front row from left): David Lipkind (Woodbrain, SOB), Darrin Craig (Jackstraw), me, Scott Hay; (back row from left): Morgan Geer (Drunken Prayer), Matt Cadenelli (Fernando, The Don of Division Street) and WC Beck (Meridian, Blue Giant).

fern

Fernando: A rollicking roots-rock quintet playing the amazing songs of Argentinian-born Fernnado Viciconte. Somewhere between Crazy Horse and Doug Sahm. I've been playing with this band for half a decade or more. Pictured: me (keyboards), Fernando (guitar, vocals), Matt Cadenelli (drums, vocals) and Freddy Trujillo (bass, vocals). Not pictured: Dan Eccles (lead guitar).

Michael Hurley

Michael Hurley: For several years now, I've been fortunate enough to play guitar backing up the legendary folk bard sometimes known as Doc Snock.

Bingo Dream Band: I've been playing with Kevin 'Bingo' Richey and friends in various forms since around 2003. Bingo lives down in Joshua Tree, CA but comes north to visit Oregon every so often. Pictured (L to R): Jessie Spero (drums), Tony Mason (bass), me (guitar) and Bingo Richey (vocals, songs, guitar).
